The monthly rent rate is per person. This 2-bedroom apartment has five (5) beds with its private kitchen and bathroom shared with the tenants of this room and one other tenant in a private room. The room includes 2 twin beds (bunk bed) and a third lofted twin bed with three study tables, a dresser, and a closet to share. In addition, tenants of this room will also have access to the rest of the AHR house which is below the unit. The AHR house features a large living room with roomy sofas and a flat-screen TV, a complete kitchen, two dining/ coworking areas, three other bathrooms, and a laundry room. We are looking for a responsible individual to rent this bed in a furnished apartment for either the summer session, fall semester, spring semester, or the academic school year.
